Mediterranean Inspired Dahl

Love my Earth’s very own authentic Bombay Tomato Dahl mix.

Made up of a unique blend of medium organic Indian spices and red lentils. A quick and easy meal for those who prefer a little spice.

We have paired the dahl with Mediterranean vegetables to show you just how versatile this dish meal base can be.  

 

Make this delicious Mediterranean inspired dahl in 4 quick steps

  1. Heat oil in saucepan, add Bombay Tomato dahl mix and fry until fragrant
  2. Add 1/2 chopped eggplant, 1 chopped zucchini and 1 chopped capsicum
  3. Add 800 ml of boiling water and 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
  4. Cook for 30 mins on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally
  5. Garnish with parsley and yoghurt

Serve with crusty garlic bread and a fresh salad.
