This one-pot rice dish is quick and easy to prepare, and is a delightful curry for the whole family as it's not too hot for the kids.
1. Add rice to a saucepan with vegetables, oil and Organic Love My Earth Korma Mix
2. Fry off for 30 sec to release flavours
3. Add 3 cups of boiling water
4. Bring to the boil
5. Reduce to a low heat and cook for 25-30 mins with the lid on
6. Serve with hummus, yogurt, cashew dip or chutney
