Vegan Nachos

Preparation

  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Prepare the dahl and set aside. Recipe to cook dahl here.
  3. Spread the corn chips over a baking tray.
  4. Pour the cooked dahl over the corn chips.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Garnish with desired greens. 

Tips

Freeze dahl in serving size portions for a last minute dinner or late night snack.
