Make this delicious healing drink in just a few quick steps.
Use either a saucepan or put the ingredients straight into your mug.
1. Heat 200ml of your favourite milk, 50 ml of water and 1/2 a teaspoon of Turmeric Latte Mix.
2. (Optional) Add a 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil, MCT oil or ghee.
3. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add honey or natural sweetener to your taste, and serve in your favourite mug.
Serve cold or on ice.Add a 1/4 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder before bed.
Add to your smoothies.
Serve with hot water and lemon as a tonic.
Use in cooking as a spice mix for curries, marinades and roasting.
