Kerala Curry Mild with mushrooms.JPG

Mushroom Kerala Sukha

Sukha is a Mangalorean speciality, a dry dish made with a beautiful blend of South Indian spices and coconut. In this recipe, I use the organic Kerala mix as the spice mix. It goes beautifully with the mushrooms and great for the whole family to enjoy.
