Potato and Pea Curry

This is a great vegan curry to serve on its own or as a side.  The organic kerala curry mild mix is chilli free so great for the whole family to enjoy.


2 tablespoon of oil

2 tablespoons of Love My Earth Kerala mix

500g of boiled potatoes cut into quarters

1 cup of peas

400g tin of coconut cream




1. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in frypan, add 2 tablespoons of spice mix and fry until fragrant
2. Add 400g tin of coconut cream and simmer to make a sauce
3. Add boiled potatoes and peas
4. Simmer gently for 10 minutes
5. Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.


Add fresh garlic or chilli for a flavour  boost.
