Pancakes with a Twist

Pancakes are an easy and delicious breakfast. I’m partial to a savoury pancake so I add a teaspoon of curry powder to give it a little extra flavour. This is also a great recipe to have made up in the fridge at home. it will last for several days.


Ingredients

1 cup of organic flour

1 teaspoon of any Love My Earth Organic Curry Powder

1 cup of milk or soy milk

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of baking powder

 

Preparation

1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl
2. Let sit for 10 minutes
3. Fry in a pan in coconut oil
4. Serve with stir-fried vegetables and cashew cheese

Tips

I love this recipe when we're camping. It's  easy to take out each morning and simply  heat up the pan, pour the pancakes, and  serve.
