Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately we do not refund any items for change of mind but we will refund items if they are defective. Send an email to email@example.com. After you have contacted us, send your item to: 17 Pacific st, Kiama 2533 NSW within 30 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will exchange on non-food items only within 7 days of purchase if required, providing the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as when it was dispatched. If you need to exchange your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After you have contacted us, send your item to: 17 Pacific st, Kiama 2533 NSW within 7 days of purchase with a stamped envelope for return of your new item.
Digital products are not exchangeable.
SHIPPING ON REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for either an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
