It doesn’t get much easier than our Cooling Cucumber Raita recipe!
Raita is a great side dish to make alongside your spicy curries as it really balances and cools the palate.
1 cup yogurt
1/2 finely chopped cucumber
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of our Organic Nourishing Digest Blend
Combine all ingredients and serve with your hot curries and dahls. You can add coriander and mint if you wish too, but we kept this one super simple!
