This quick and easy coriander sauce can be used as a great dressing, dip, side, and is the perfect addition for any curry dish or banquet. It is also delicious drizzled over roast meat and pairs especially well with our Baked Tandoori Cauliflower (link).
Wash the coriander root thoroughly and trim any dirty parts off.
This sauce can be stored in a jar for up to 5 days.
