Ingredients 

  • 1 tsp ground ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup whole milk or nut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground cardamom, nutmeg, ginger and black pepper
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp honey

Simply simmer all ingredients over the stove until warm, and say sweet dreams!
