This deliciously creamy tea will help you wind down and prep your body for a deep rest.

It features turmeric for inflammation, plus Ashwagandha - a safe and effective adaptogen shown to reduce anxiety, stress and cortisol!

Turmeric and Ashwagandha are key herbs in Ayurveda, a form of traditional natural medicine native to India.

  • 1 tsp ground ashwagandha
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup whole milk or nut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground cardamom, nutmeg, ginger and black pepper
  • 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp honey

Simply simmer all ingredients over the stove until warm, and say sweet dreams!
