Rest assured our lovely vegan and vegetarian followers, our Organic Butter Chicken Mix is definitely not off the list for you to enjoy. This versatile spice mix can be used in so many other delicious ways.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of chopped mixed greens
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of Love My Earth Organic Butter Chicken Mix
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tin of coconut milk
  • Half a lime or lemon

      Preparation

      1. Fry onion and garlic in a pan
      2. Add Butter Chicken Mix and fry until fragrant
      3. Pour in tin of tomatoes and mix into a sauce
      4. Add vegetables to the pan and let simmer until vegetables are cooked to your liking
      5. Add the coconut milk to the pan and stir through
      6. Bring to a simmer
      7. Add a squeeze of lemon or lime just before serving
      8. Serve with brown rice or rice noodles

      Tips

      You can use any vegetables with this recipe.
