Indian spiced cabbage and peas

Spice up your simple cabbage side dish with some Love My Earth Organic Shahi Korma Spice Mix. The perfect side to complement a curry dish - a meal the whole family will enjoy. 

Ingredients

  •      ¼ of a purple cabbage (shredded)
  •      ¼ of a white cabbage (shredded)
  •      1 cup of peas
  •      1 tablespoon of mustard seeds (optional)
  •      1 tablespoon of Love My Earth Organic Shahi Korma Spice Mix
  •      Oil or ghee
  •      Pinch of Himalayan rock salt

Preparation

  1.     Add oil or ghee and mustard seeds to a fry pan.
  2.     Sautee until seeds pop.
  3.     Add the shredded cabbage into the pan and fry.
  4.     Sprinkle curry powder over the cabbage in the fry pan.
  5.     Add the Himalayan rock salt and peas to the fry pan.

Tips

Serve this dish as a side to the Vindaloo Curry or Fish Curry.

Add chopped chilli at the start with mustard seeds for a hotter version
